About Us
Mission Statement
Reaching the World Fellowship International exists to equip, affirm, and activate fivefold leaders through authentic apostolic relationship, spiritual development, and Kingdom collaboration, empowering them to fulfill their God-given assignment with wisdom, strength, and purpose.
Vision Statement
To cultivate a global fellowship of Spirit led voices united in truth, honor, and apostolic collaboration, advancing God’s will in the Earth and impacting generations for His Kingdom.
Who We Are
Reaching the World Fellowship International is an apostolic and prophetic reformation fellowship of trusted voices, gathered by divine design, unified in the Spirit, and commissioned to fulfill Heaven’s agenda in the Earth.
We exist to equip, affirm, and activate fivefold leaders who are called to transform regions, strengthen churches, and advance the Kingdom of God in every sphere of influence. Our vision is to see a global fellowship of Spirit led leaders walking together in truth, honor, and apostolic collaboration as they fulfill God’s purpose in their cities, nations, and beyond.
Rooted in apostolic and prophetic foundations, the fellowship provides meaningful apostolic relationships, mentorship, leadership development, spiritual encouragement, and authentic community for apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, and Kingdom builders. We are a fellowship of servant leaders and reformers who desire to lead with integrity, walk in spiritual authority, and demonstrate the character and fruit of Christ.
At the heart of Reaching the World Fellowship International is a simple mission: to cover, collaborate, and commission. We believe God designed leaders to thrive in healthy relationships, not isolation. Leaders are welcome to remain connected to their current fellowship, denomination, or reformation while also enjoying covenant relationship and fellowship within RTWF. We believe alignment does not require separation, and relationship does not require uniformity.
We recognize that every leader is on a unique journey of growth and assignment. Because of this, our fellowship is built on relationship rather than position.
Some leaders desire apostolic support through mentorship, encouragement, wisdom, prayer, and relational strengthening. Others prayerfully seek apostolic covering through spiritual oversight, accountability, and deeper covenant alignment. Both expressions are valued, honored, and never imposed.
Every apostolic relationship within RTWF is entered into willingly and prayerfully, built on trust, discernment, honor, and mutual respect. It is never assumed, demanded, or enforced.
Reaching the World Fellowship International is a reformation fellowship, not a governing body over local churches. We do not replace pastoral authority, redirect a pastor’s vision, or oversee the daily operations of local ministries. Every church and every pastor remains fully autonomous, faithfully leading the assignment God has entrusted to them.
Our role is to come alongside leaders as encouragers, mentors, and fellow laborers. We are committed to strengthening what God has already established, providing support, wisdom, fellowship, and apostolic partnership that helps leaders flourish in their Kingdom assignment.
This is more than a fellowship.
It is a family of Kingdom leaders.
It is a movement of apostolic collaboration.
It is a place where leaders are strengthened, relationships are cultivated, and callings are commissioned.
Core Values
Christ Centered Calling
Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and the foundation of every call, commission, and covenant.
Apostolic Authority and Order
We affirm apostolic government, spiritual accountability, and biblical alignment within the Body of Christ.
Prophetic Integrity
We honor the prophetic voice with purity, maturity, and submission to the Word and Spirit of God.
Kingdom Collaboration
We are co laborers, not competitors. We partner with churches, reformations, and leaders across denominational lines for Kingdom advancement.
Ministerial Development
We are committed to training, equipping, and affirming fivefold ministers to walk in excellence, boldness, and sound doctrine.
Global Impact
We believe our reach must extend beyond the sanctuary into systems, communities, and nations, with signs following.
Honor and Legacy
We honor those who came before us, invest in those walking with us, and prepare the way for those coming after us.
Founded by Apostle E. L. Usher, Presiding Prelate
Leadership within Reaching the World Fellowship International exists to serve, support, and strengthen leaders. It does not function as a governing authority over local churches.
Leadership includes apostolic and prophetic voices, regional bishops and overseers, department leaders, and ministerial field assessors who serve the fellowship through mentorship, evaluation, and relational support.
Core Biblical Convictions
While welcoming leaders from different reformations and doctrinal backgrounds, the fellowship stands united on essential Christian faith.
We affirm faith in Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, as the Son of God and the only way to salvation.
We affirm the authority of the Bible as the inspired Word of God.
We affirm the reality of Heaven and Hell.
We affirm the bodily return of Jesus Christ for His Church.
We affirm the work and presence of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer.
We affirm the biblical mandate to care for widows, orphans, the imprisoned, the poor, and the broken.
Regarding baptism, Reaching the World Fellowship International honors biblical conviction and conscience. Fellowship is not divided over baptismal wording, whether expressed in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit or in the name of Jesus Christ. Unity is rooted in Christ, not formula.
We affirm both male and female leaders in every office of the fivefold ministry, including bishop and apostle, and we build across generations, cultures, and denominations without compromising biblical truth.
Fellowship Covenant
This covenant is relational, not legalistic. Members commit to honoring Jesus Christ, walking in integrity, maintaining healthy accountability, supporting the mission of the fellowship through prayer and partnership, and building bridges across the Body of Christ.
Connection with the fellowship begins with relationship, conversation, and discernment. Alignment is grown, not rushed, and covenant is entered with clarity, not pressure.
